Well, here we go.    For those of you who don't know us, we live in a small town in Western North Dakota.  Our freeze drying business started with a table at our local farmer's market.  We quickly realized we couldn't keep up and ordered another machine, then another.  You get the idea.  We have our commercial kitchen now and are embarking on internet sales and shipping orders.
